EDI - sending GL Acctg Unit Data to the vendor for POs

We want to send the GL Acctg Unit information to our main medical supply vendor for certain reporting and calculations that they will perform. Does anyone know an easy way to send this data in the outbound PO file (850)? We're using the standard Lawson S3 EDI product and ED40 substitution table.

You can send them Req Loc with the TPID_O_DEPT sub - they'd have to build the sub out to the AU. BUT that will replace the Ship To info on the 850 - basically tell them to desktop deliver it. Search the Concierge for Lawson EDI for Supply Chain Management Trading Partner List. and that should show you which med surg distributors will take which map/which ED40 sub records.

I've looked at the O_DEPT as well as the O_N102_REQLOC and O_N102_SHIPTO options and we might move forward with something here. However - these are all at the purchase order level and not the PO line level. Is anyone sending any additional information at the PO line level? Another facility in our organization, not on Lawson, is using a REF^CA^ segment at the line level to send this information through GHX.
