We have a customer that we require our Quality department to inspect every item on their order before it is shipped. Many times, though, we have to ship incomplete orders to them as some of our items are often back logged. Because of this, we cannot put the order on a Ship Hold until it is inspected because we need customer order lines to ship when they are ready. Does anyone know of a way to do like a ship hold - or inspection hold or individual lines? Has anyone done a customization to do something like this?
