We have a small group of people who get different accruals than all other employees. I need to enroll an employee and have them accrue based on their Standard Hours on HR11 and there are 3 different accruals for each of 4 different standard hours (72, 64, 56, 48) based on years of service or cycle number as follows:
72 hrs 0-2 yrs = 10.77 2-5 yrs=12.31 5+ yrs= 13.85
64 hrs 9.585 10.956 12.327
as examples. I was told a custom calculation could be made but I'm not finding any information about how to set that up. Has anyone had anything similar that was set up using Custom Calculation?
