Custom M3 API to ION API

We are still on Infor M3 13.4 on-premises so in a world where old MAK modifications are still possible.

We have a modification CRZ001MI which is working fine as a M3 Restful API. We are not seeing it however as an ION API, even after refreshing the cache several times.

When we call the CRZ001MI using ION API we are getting a 404 not found error. The odd thing is that this was working previously just not currently.

Is there something else we need to be 'refreshing' to get the API back in ION? I don't actually recall if it ever appeared in the M3 available ION APIs but i do know that it worked and didn't result in a 404.

Any assistance appreciated.

Is the metadata correct in MRS001 and MRS002? I think ION API reads metadata from there.

Hi,

We can call the M3 Rest Services using the old MITEST program and the Mashup SDK - MITEST version so the M3 side is working. It's almost like the refresh CACHE service within ION is not running.

suggestion to try the Suite refresh meta data. ICON pop up on the bottom of the Suite card. This should be the same as API Metadata refresh but only for that suite.

Does the test from ION API Gateway OpenAPI work for you?

Is there a support incident opened?

You must refresh metadata.

If You are use 13.4 and MAK You can use SQL - unless You want use API's...

Maybe you have a custom M3 api suite created different to the standard one ? In that case it may need to be refreshed or configuration checked.
