Document attachment to Terminate Form

So hire actions have 3 attachment parameters, but Terminate has none. If I code the attachment.file into the LPL for the Terminate form, it shows up but it is grayed out. Side note, I have also been unable to add parameters to an action as part of an action configuration. Is there a way to either add an attachment for Terminate actions on the Terminate form?

You would likely need to also invoke the EmployeeDocument creation, and since Terminate is an action request and you want to add additional parameters I'd expect you'd probably have to create custom Terminate action request with the added Attachment parameters and an action rule that invokes the document creation if the parameter is entered.
