Is there a way to reset a Candidate's password. We are on V.11 and have a Candidate who created their account 6-months ago and has come back to apply for something new. He forgot his password so he hit the Reset button, but this brings him to his security questions which he has forgotten the answers to as well. What have others done besides telling them to create a new account?
