Infor LMS Customer Series Meeting - March 15th, 2022
The topics that were presented in the session were:
- Current State of the LMS presented by Todd Dreyfus - General Manager, HR Knowledge Solutions
- Ways to engage and motivate employees to use Infor LMS. During this section several customers presented ways to promote the LMS to their employees. Presentations by the following customers provided information as to how they marketed the LMS pre-launch as well as post-launch.

- Vicki Cooper - Badcock Corporation
- Sandi Lipham - Systems & Methods, Inc
- LMS Roadmap Update presented by Leo Mezbizer, Director of Product Management and Solution Consulting
During this session we also had a Q&A section. Below are some of the questions which were asked.
Q: Who is the new Product Manager?
A: Bob Paulsson will start on 4/1.
Q: Will there be integration to Microsoft Teams?
A: Yes. The first phase of MS Teams integration is complete and available. Further enhancements are on the roadmap.
Q: How do you define long-term vs. short-term in terms of timeframes?
A: We will address short-term items first. We do not have confirmed dates for short-term and long-term enhancements. Planning discussions are in progress and we will share dates as they become available.
Q: Is Gamification in future plans? Or at least a 3rd party integration?
A: Yes. We have gamification on our roadmap. We are looking to add widgets and other areas for gamification.
