Hello, we recently transferred employees from one company into another. Most of them are long time employees who had completed W-4 forms prior to 2020. The transfer date to the new company was 2/28/2022. So now on PR13, the tax year box on Tab 2 seems to auto populate 2022 and is adjusting their taxes accordingly. How do I update the effective date so that it doesn't read them as "new" employees? Thanks!
