Extend M3 API working fine in MITEST but not in ION API

Hi,

We have built an Xtend M3 Transaction to call APIs from M3 and ION API to generate some outbound values. The API seems to be working fine when tested from MITEST:

But when the same API is called from ION API, we are receiving the following error:

Interaction with backend services failed.

Same error from postman as well.

I noticed that when we try to call both M3 API's and ION API's from the same transaction, this issue comes up. I've on ongoing ticket with Infor who working on this issue, but if anyone knows the solution please let me know.

Appreciate any kind of solution/suggestions for the issue.

I checked with Infor and it seems like recurssive ION API call is not possible using Xtend M3 i.e, if IONAPI call is used in a transaction, then the transaction can not be called from ION API.

Can you please post dump log from "Business engine logs"

Checked this for infor as well but there are no dump logs or error logs created for this scenario.

That logs are not visible to users in MT.

Only Infor can correct
