Searching for info...

can anyone give me helpful hints or tips on how to find information related to the information received on the weekly patch notifications? WHY can't I search by the JT or CTP numbers? And, if you can do that successfully, how do you do it? Nothing I do works, nothing I search by pulls back any helpful information. SO FRUSTRATING! Sigh...

I never had much luck checking the "Focus on" boxes.

Unfortunately that didn't work for me either; I tried just putting the number in like you did and got nothing. I tried both the CTP and the JT numbers and got nadda both times. I don't think I have the same access to the Infor site that you have. I do not have those "focus on" options you seem to have. I know our developer has more access than us analysts so maybe I'll just have them find what I need.
