Has anyone been able to tie together information for Requisitions, Position, Approvals to one specif

We are trying to generate a 'Time to Fill' and 'Time to Hire' report that shows all the steps involved:

1) Create Position

2) Creating Requisition & all the approvals steps involved

3) Selection and applicant tracking (from when a candidate applies to a position thru to the hiring of the candidate)

4) Onboarding (from date of Offer thru to the New Hire Start Date)

Any insight & guidance would be greatly appreciated

is this from S3 or GHR?

You would need to have a tie in into each piece of data. This is much easier and complete through GHR.

If you're approving through an Infor Delivered Service Definition, the PfiWorkunit will have 2 fields filled out AppsKey and AppsValue.
AppsKey is the Table (BusinessClass) that initiated the Approval, and the AppsValue is based on the Unique Key for the specific record on that table that initaited the approval (there may be a table name in front of the Unique ID as well)

You can grab the Position from the Job Requisition, tie the Employee from the Job Requisition, that should give you access to each record's Unique ID, you can than tie all that to PfiWorkunit through the AppsValue and AppsKey.

If you're not using Delivered triggers/Service Definitions from Infor or if you're doing this from S3, you'll have to find a way to put Uniquely Identifyable information on the PfiWorkunit for each approval type.
