We are trying to generate a 'Time to Fill' and 'Time to Hire' report that shows all the steps involved:
1) Create Position
2) Creating Requisition & all the approvals steps involved
3) Selection and applicant tracking (from when a candidate applies to a position thru to the hiring of the candidate)
4) Onboarding (from date of Offer thru to the New Hire Start Date)
Any insight & guidance would be greatly appreciated
