RQ500 error
raviteja
We have an RQ500 interface that creates requisitions for a Interventional Radiology location. We have recently begun seeing error messages that say “No authority to use entered cost.” I’ve looked at a few errors, and found that the erring items are not on a current agreement and that there is no agreement reference used for the price source. The price source must be last matched. I suspect that this error has something to do with the RQ04 flags regarding cost override, but I’m not positive.
Can anyone offer suggestions to solve this problem?

It sounds like you're on the right track. How are the cost override flags set for the Requester used for the interface?

The cost override is set to "allow override".
The use cost entered default is also set to "yes".

Would it be possible for you to upload the RQ500 flat file?
