Jefferson Healthcare of Port Townsend, WA, switched our Finance Enterprise Group Unit Control system from Account Unit to Dimension 1 when we moved to Infor FSM.  We chose the Finance Dimensions system as it offers more Sub-Account levels than other options but we did not realize that some system reporting functions would not be able to filter for Finance Dimension 1; many pre-built reports are based on the use of Account Units.

In response to this issue, we have submitted Enhancement Request# 85529 asking that the report "Inventory Issue Summary" be reconfigured to filter by Finance Dimension 1 as well as by Account Unit, assuming that two separate filtering options could be made available.  As is, the report does not recognize the Finance Dimension structure at all and the report filters under "Offset Accounts' do not function.

We're hoping that this and future Enhancement Requests related to the use of Finance Dimensions will lead to improved system and Birst reporting for users of the Finance Dimensions coding system.  Please endorse Enhancement Request# 85529 Inventory Issue Summary Report is not functional for Finance Dimensions.
