1095-C Offer Code for COBRA

I am seeing several instances where the BN991 is adding an Offer Code of 1G for the full year when the participants eligibility for COBRA ended earlier in the year. (Example - 18 months of COBRA ended in July but 1095-C is showing 1G for full year.)

Has anyone else see this? How would we override this? Since the COBRA participant was not an active employee in 2015, the 1095-C is being created under their COBRA ID # and BN27.2 only has Employee ID #.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
