Excel Add in update for PR12 to remove distribution order numbers for end dated accounts

We are cleaning up accounts that were set up for employees but are not being used by them. We know how to end date them but on the PR12.3 - we need to be able to remove the distribution order number but are having difficulty doing this. Has anyone done this via an Excel upload?

We recently did an audit and clean up on the PR12.1 screen but all we did was add end dates, we didn't do anything with the distribution orders.
