We are still optimizing the GHR system changes since our upgrade to the multi-tenant Cloud. In legacy GHR we did not use Job Category and with the implementation plan to the cloud it remains an unused field. Working more with the BIRST product, there are reports that use the job category in reporting widgets.
For those that have defined job category on jobs, I am interested in how the Job Category on Job Business Class is defined.
1. What criteria/codes was used to define job category?
2. What was the basis for the definition chosen?
3. Is your organization using BIRST reports and the job category widgets for reporting?
