When the law first kicked in, our PTO program was already more generous than the AZ sick time law which is 1 hour for every 30 hours worked so
we didn't set up a separate PST bank. Now we want to switch over to a separate bank but need to make sure that the 40 hour limit is an annual accrual limit
and usage won't allow an employee to "refill" the bank to get back to 40 before the Reset Point. Can anyone share their setup from any state that keeps this from happening?
