Hi all -
I received a message from an Infor customer - they are having trouble joining the Birst User Group sessions "Birst Fridays". They tried again last week and had the same problem.
I have tried the last couple of months to attend the Birst Friday and am not having any luck. It just sits waiting for the host to join the meeting.
I have joined the Birst User Group, I am logged in to Concierge and am clicking the zoom link in the community.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any guidance you can provide!
She just gets the message "Please wait for the host to start this meeting". Anyone else having these issues? Any suggestions?
