Problems with joining Birst Fridays

Hi all -

I received a message from an Infor customer - they are having trouble joining the Birst User Group sessions "Birst Fridays". They tried again last week and had the same problem.

I have tried the last couple of months to attend the Birst Friday and am not having any luck. It just sits waiting for the host to join the meeting.

I have joined the Birst User Group, I am logged in to Concierge and am clicking the zoom link in the community.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any guidance you can provide!

She just gets the message "Please wait for the host to start this meeting". Anyone else having these issues? Any suggestions?

Thanks Bill. As an FYI - we have been helping to promote this group and these calls with our Service Industries customers. I would hate to think I am sending them someplace where they haven't been able to join for the last few months.
