Below is a list of Resolved items from the May 6th and May 20th Weekly release as well as any enhancements that may have been included.

Resolved Issues in the May 6th Weekly Release
ILM Admin
Issue: After Impersonating a user from a particular page number from a user list, the Admin was not returned to the same page number by clicking the back arrow from the browser. Instead, it takes the Admin to the first page of the user list. It affects all the "item list" type pages with paginator on the bottom.
- Resolution: After Impersonation, Admin should be returned to the same page number of the user list before the impersonation. This is expected when back arrow from the browser is clicked. All the "item list" type pages with paginator on bottom will work without issues.
Issue: The 'Select All' and 'Invert Selection' buttons are not working properly in Admin > Courses > Edit Event Attendance when Admin access it with Italian as interface language. The issue is caused by the single quote symbol found in the strings of the pop-up page during Invert Selection.
- Resolution: Even if the strings of the pop-up page have single quote symbol, the 'Select All' and 'Invert Selection' buttons should work properly under Admin > Courses > Edit Event attendance.
ILM Portal
Issue: At the end of the course, there is an e-mail link and by clicking on it, it’s not launching the e-mail or outlook application in Chrome browser.
- Resolution: The fix is done by adding 'mailto' in Content security policy of chrome browser. Now Email link will launch e-mail or outlook application.
Issue: Learners are unable to see the course where they were enrolled when the course has multiple events, any of those courses were not set to Self-registration, and if the user is enrolled to the course only.
- Resolution: When a user is enrolled to the course but not to the events (self-registration disabled), the user status should be "No Events".
- If the "Include courses without self-registration" option is enabled in the Designer > Configure Pages > Learner > Courses page, the course with "No Events" status is displayed in the Learner > Course List
- If the "Allow users to view events for which self- registration is not enabled" option is enabled in the Designer>Configure Pages>Learner>Courses Details

Issue: Add feature to hide Bookmark icon & 'Bookmarked' Filter from Extras on the Portal for Learner for the following pages:
a. Learner > Course Details Page
b. Learner > Certifications > Course Requirements
- Resolution: Designer will be able to show or hide Bookmark icon and filter on Designer > Configure Features > Courses > Bookmarking for the following pages:
a. Learner > Course Details Page
b. Learner > Certifications > Course Requirements
Resolved Issues in the May 20th Weekly Release
ILM Admin
Issue: Admin not able to remove online portion content due to the deadlock error encountered in the database
- Resolution: Admin users should be able to remove the content successfully without having an error.
- Impacted page: Admin > Course > General Options > Remove Online Portion Content
Issue: General System Error message appears when Admin users generate the 'Score - By Question' report. The issue is found at the CCCE course/Assessment name when it reaches the length of more than 50 characters.
- Resolution: User can generate 'Score - By Question' report successfully, even if the course/Assessment name is long.
- Affected Page: Admin->Users->Reports->Scores – By question
Issue: Administrators are encountering a General System Error when they try to Merge users. Even though the actual merge on courses, events, scores etc., were
successfully merged without any issues, the error message is causing inconvenience. The error the client sees is the fail on the last step when trying to merge collaboration data. Since, Hyundai does not have communifire, there is nothing to merge on communifire. This causes the system error message.
- Resolution: This exception has been handled and Admin users are able to merge users without any error
Affected Page: Administrator > Users > Merge User
Issue: Users added to the LMS on or after 3/24 are not visible in social learning/collaboration and cannot be assigned to a space. Issue is found at one of the Jobservice which do the user synchronization from LMS to communifire
- Resolution: Newly created users are now reflected in social learning/collaboration upon creation.
ILM Portal
Issue: While creating new courses and events with the Course/Event Import Utility, the utility has a validation check at the instructor level. The import fails when the
instructor being used is not existing in the same level as the course is being imported.
- Resolution: Fix is made at the validation check on the instructor level in Course/Event Import Utility. The system should be able to display a warning message in the scenarios stated below, but it will still process the importing of course/event.
1. Instructor is active and in the same level – the system will display a successful message
2. Instructor is active and in a different level – the system displays a warning message that the instructor is not in the same level, but it will still process the import
3. Instructor is Inactive and in the Same level/Different level – the system displays a validation message that the instructor is either inactive or not existing, and it will still process the import.
- Affected Pages: Administrator > System > Course/Event
Import Utility > Course/Event Import Utility
Issue: When Learner tries to upload profile picture from My profile, the system gets forced logged out.
- Resolution: Only admin has the access to update their profile picture. Now all users can be able to update the profile picture
Issue: New features under the Enhancement: New Classroom Subtype: Virtual - Phase 1.3 are still in Beta mode and are still hidden.
- Resolution: All new features under the Enhancement: New Classroom Subtype: Virtual - Phase 1.3 are removed in Beta Mode. All new features are now available for all clients.
ILM CCCE
Issue: Admin users not able to open CCCE courses. Getting error message when try to open under course. When the passing score for the CCCE courses is set greater than the max points, the issue arise.
- Resolution: The fix is done by providing the below validation message under Content creator CE > Edit Course Completion > passing score (if user input passing score greater than max points). The validation is provided also during the publishing of CCCE course. Validation message: "The passing score must not be higher than the max points."
- Affected Pages: CCCE > Create New Courses > Edit Course Completion CCCE > Create New Courses > Publish
Issue: When exporting courses from CCCE for translation, courses with special characters like é, ù, â, ë in the course name and course content are downloaded into text file instead of an HTML file.This file cannot be uploaded after translation as it is not in the 'valid format'.
- Resolution: CCCE courses wherein the course name and course content have special characters like é, ù, â, ë while performing Export for Translation, are now successfully downloaded into HTML file. The downloaded file can also be uploaded in the site.
- Affected Page: CCCE > Export For Translation
Enhancements
Added the option for a user to cancel a self-registered course
The Course Cancelation Button located in Learner > Courses > Course Details Page > Course Cancellation button is now available for a user’s self-registered course. The cancellation button will not be visible if the course was assigned to the user.

Added the manager’s view of the certification program structure for an employee
A manager can now view the certification program structure for an employee in Manager > Employees > Select one Employee > Certification Programs > Select one Certificate > Certification Details. This structure will have the requirements of the certification program and the status (complete or incomplete). Clicking on the link or course requirement will navigate the user to the course details of the employee.
