3334 - STATE ABBREVIATION [ ] IS UNKNOWN.

Hello,

I got this BSI Warning "3334 - STATE ABBREVIATION [ ] IS UNKNOWN"  and no tax deduction codes calculated  when I ran pr80.4 or PR140 for 2 emps .

Does anyone have this problem before?
