I've send message through MNS260 and since that time it kept detecting on MEC.
I though it may be mapping issue, but I've unpublished mapping and agreement has only archive process but message keep sending
it's on prem
In Partner Admin remove the Mapping from Agreement (Processes).
After that "Reload" in Grid.
