This customer-facing document defines the specifications for images applied to customers' HRSD Knowledgebase sites.
V11 KB: Default Images
This document defines and depicts the standard images that we provide in-house which customers can request to appear on their HRSD Knowledgebase sites.
We provide a wide variety of default images for the following locations:
- Main (landing) page banners
- C3 landing page images at the top of column 3
- Widget images
Customers must provide the following images as applicable:
Header branding images and mobile branding images generally feature your organization's name and/or logo. Header branding images appear on every page of your Knowledgebase site.
Header branding image(s)
- Up to two images can appear; generally one on the left, one on the right
- 60 pixels high maximum (ideal height)
- 1460 pixels wide maximum for single images (no minimum)
- 1460 pixels total maximum for two images (no minimum)
Mobile branding image
- 60 pixels high maximum (ideal height)
- Single image only
- Can be the same image used in the header
Home page banner
- 1430 pixels wide x 200 pixels high
Login page image
Main (landing) page images
Customers can provide the images for the following locations or choose from our pool of default images:
- Main (landing) page banner: 950 pixels wide x 100 pixels high
- C3 main (landing) page image at the top of column 3: 300 pixels wide x 100 pixels high
- Widget: 470 pixels wide x 100 pixels high
We use the .png format.
