Hi,

Is it possible to setup custom API in ION that takes incoming call (similar to IMS connection point), runs dataflow and returns something back?

Infor Application Connection Point (IMS via ION API) takes incoming call and returns this message.

I need to run document flow and based on what's happened in document flow return some results.

For example, 3rd party application sends customer information to ION.

If this customer is found in M3 I return message "Customer Number # 123456 already exists in M3"

if such customer does not exist in M3 I want to create new customer and return "New customer #789456 was added to M3"

I think you could use a API flow for this. In the API flow you call the document flow. In the document flow you could make a script that returns the info or error message you want and map it in the API flow. Didn't test this but think it could work
