On Friday, 6/17/2022 Infor announced transition of its notification process from emails/SMS to an enhanced Infor status page (status.infor.com). In that announcement, part of the stated goal is to minimize email notifications. However, our organization is still interested in receiving emails, and we are wondering if anyone at Infor or in the community has developed any solutions to integrate with ticketing or email systems yet? For example, integration with ServiceNow or Outlook? July is a few days away, so there isn't much time to learn and build something from scratch. Was this change announced at earlier forum calls?
