Adding an Image to a Custom Form

We are developing a series of custom forms for leave benefits which need to include an image of a rate table. Has anyone had success in using LPL to add an image to a form? Assuming we would upload the image to Administrator>Document Logos. We're stuck on how to use LPL to pull the uploaded image into the form.

One option would be to create a User Field.

I defined a field as type "LogoAttachment", but there may be other field types that will work too.

Then I referenced the field on a file using the following LPL:

DisplayImage.File

display as full image

missing image is random background

When the form is first accessed, I don't have an image uploaded, so I get the

Then I can choose a file, which will attach it to the record. Then it displays the file on the form:

Thanks Shannon - I might have been unclear, but this solution looks like it's prompting the form user to upload the image as they are completing the form. We are looking to have the image pre-loaded on the form for the user so when they create a new form the image is there, similar to a logo.

You could add the User Field to a related business class and upload the image to that "setup table". Then reference the image in the form. It would pull the image from the related record and display it.

In my testing, I was displaying the image on a "Vendor" form. If I add the image to the VendorGroup business class and upload it to the VendorGroup, then I can reference it on every Vendor form like this:

VendorGroup.DisplayImage.File

This isn't working as well as I expected. I am having a hard time showing the image in the correct size. I'll keep playing with it to see if I can find a better solution.
