IPA User Action Node - Attachment

Does anyone know if adding an attachment for a user to view/download within the inbasket is possible? Since emails are not encrypted, attaching document via email will not work. I've tried using the Display/Desktop and the Display Type: File and no luck. It's just displays the file name but no way of viewing the content or downloading it.

Any recommendations/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Add an attachment field to the LPL Form that opens when they pick a line from the inbasket. And populate that new Attachment field on the Business Class with the file.

Thank you Pam/JD for the responses. So in my scenario, i would assign it to PfiWorkUnit or something similar to that extent. This should get me started in the right direction. Once again, thank you!
