integration of ION and WSO2

Hi,

Has anyone done integration of WSO2 API manager and ION?

I am thinking of this process.

WSO2 calls IMS connection point in ION using "/api/ion/messaging/service/v3/multipartMessage".

IMS connection point starts document flow in ION.

Document flow starts MEC BOD.

MEC BOD collect some information from M3, sends it back to ION and starts another document flow.

ION converts received XML to JSON and sends it to WSO2 API.

Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

do you have the public endpoint of WSO2?

you need to register an API suite pointing to WSO2

then use an API connection point to send the JSON

Hi Kirill,

I didn't work on WSO2 API manager but implemented another APIM software called Gravitee. This software is an Open-source one that can be implemented on-premise. I successfully managed to communicate with M3 CE MT environments (IMS v3 and ION APIs).

So I guess WSO2 can also do the job

Yes, once you have created your API you should have the endpoint url

that is the URL you need to use to register the API suite in ION API suite

after that you should have the swagger documentation or the openapi 3.0 for the method you want to call
