Below is a list of Resolved items from the July 1st Weekly release as well as any enhancements that may have been included.

Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: After doing the user merge, the merge was successful, but the recipient user did not keep their social profile. The recipient lost their original social account link.
- Resolution: Added functionality to merge recipient and donor social data when we merge users. Now the merge is successful and the recipient account has a new social account created and linked
Issue: In Manager Role, the "Available Seats" is not consistently displaying when an event is available or not available for self-registration. Users want it to display regardless if the event is available or not available for self-registration. And also to change the "Not available" status to "Not available for self-register" in the manager
page.
- Resolution: The new implementation is made for showing "Not available" status to "Not available for self- register" in manager page. And also showing available seats for all the events regardless available or NOT available for self-
Issue: User Merge Logs are displaying in a strange format
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. Now, the User merge Logs will be displayed in correct format.
Issue: Users in a permission group lost their Administrator level assignment when an update is done using HRIS.
- Resolution: The issue is fixed and now the Administrator level will be checked and stay checked.
Issue: Previously scheduled reports that are scheduled with report type among the following:
'EveryWeek', 'EveryMonth', 'EveryDay', 'EveryWeekday',
'EveryTwoWeeks', 'EveryQuarter' is not showing in the
dropdown for setting locale preference due to filter in the
retrieval of reports
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. Now, the category and Report filter will show previously scheduled reports and categories where it was grouped.
Issue: A user cannot select multiple reports at same time with a single locale preference under Adhoc report settings and need to see the previous Locale preference of the report.
- Resolution: New feature is added to select multiple reports at same time. The information of previous setup (Locale Preference) of the report type selected will be displayed in the grid. A confirmation message is displayed when a user clicks on ‘Save Regional Locale’.
ILM Portal
Issue: In Ad hoc report designer Buttons and Tabs on the upper left and right side of the screen in Next Gen version is not the same when compared with Legacy.
The Buttons discrepancy is in all the access rights of the report "None Access, Locked Access, View Only, Read Only"
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. Buttons and Tabs were added in NextGen Adhoc Reports. Now there will be no difference in Buttons when compared with Legacy.
Issue: When an admin resets the course from the course module, the status of the Assignments is not reflecting correctly under Learner & Instructor page. The file uploaded by learner is still uploaded.
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. There has been an added functionality to show the assignment status as the course status. Now, there will be no discrepancy in Status of Assignments after Course reset.
Issue: Duplicate Certification Expired notifications are received by the Learner and Manager when a Learner completes the requirement through Completion Management.
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. Now, only one single certification expired notification is received by the Learner and Manager.
ILM CCCE
Issue: When the user reopens the CCCE course and chooses to restart it, the answers from the previous try was loaded, and the question options switched to read only. The radio option is no longer selected and is greyed out.
- Resolution: The issue was fixed by cleaning up user answers from the previous try if the user chooses to the restart course. Now the user can select the options.
Enhancements
Manager Role
Limiting future enrollments for an event option
Added a new option “Limit future enrollment for one event if user is enrolled into past event” for managers to limit enrollees on a reoccurrence of the same course. This option is enabled in the Designer Configuration page.
Event Completion Deadline
Reset Completion Deadline When the course is reset for the user option
Added a new option “Reset Completion Deadline When the course is reset for the user” can be enabled by an admin when the Number of Days based on Event Registration Date is selected in course event completion deadline. Course Completion Deadline will be based on the last reset date if the course was reset through Course Reset or Certification Reset.
