Did you know about Onboarding tours for new hires?
Infor Onboarding provides customers with the tools to achieve the four steps to onboarding success:
- Acclimate new-hires for day 1 productivity and long term retention.
- Automate workflow and management for key stakeholders, while reducing costs and administration.
- Integrate all relevant data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and laws.
The Onboarding functionality includes the following tour types:
Tour steps can contain text, images, videos, acknowledgements, and Smartforms which store the new hires' information in their user profiles on the site's Onboarding console, including workflow progress.
Acknowledgements
Tour steps that contain employment policies can include an electronic acknowledgement to verify that the employee has read and agrees to each policy. Management can access the acknowledgements in the site's administration tools.
