Looking for place to store Wellness Plan info

Good morning!

We are on v10 with GHR and S3 and need to find an appropriate place within LMK or S3 to store 2 date fields associated with the employee and each of their dependents. The fields are the last wellness visit date and the date their HRA was completed. It makes most sense that these fields are in S3 along with the rest of the benefit data. Has anyone done this for their organization? How did you set it up?

There are no user fields on HR13 for the dependent fields which makes this tough. Any thoughts?
