Our Quality team likes to use the software Trackwise to track product quality issues, but now they hope they can import this information from Trackwise into Syteline. Trackwise can export a CSV file, but there have been hang-ups with this and I have not be able to get any data from this.
That's my dilemma in a nutshell. Would anyone here have experience in interfacing Trackwise with Syteline? If so, what were your solutions, please? Thank you all in advance!
