Execute a Method Call from Customer Order Lines form to Create a Customer Order Receiver

We have the QC module but find a lot of its workflows do not fit our business processes.  I am currently trying to have a Customer Order Receiver automatically created when a Customer Order Line is created that matches certain criteria.  For now, I am just trying to create the receiver using a button on the CO Lines form and passing property values in the variants.  I am not getting any errors when looking at diagnostics, but the Customer Order Receiver is never created.  Here is the Method I am calling and the Parameters I am using.  Does anyone see anything wrong or am I missing something?

Looking at the parameter listing for the SP, the last 5 should be RVAR s.  And for certainty, I'd pass 0 to Parm15 (firstarticleonly) and not send 0 to Parms 17 & 18

I'm also assuming that you've first created or already have a QC Item type O for the item.
