Below is a list of Resolved items from the July 15th Weekly release as well as any enhancements that may have been included.

Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: Error encountered by Users when trying to export data from the Sent Notification tab
- Resolution: Fix is made. User can now export notification data up to 35000 records.
Added validation to export max 35K records in the downloaded excel file, even if data is more than 35K
Issue: After modifying the Course cancellation string from "System Config>Change Application strings", the new modified value is not getting updated to Course cancellation button in course page for Learner.
- Resolution: This is fixed, now the Modified value will get updated on the course cancellation button
Issue: Instructor Lookup from Event Classroom tab is not converted to NGP.
- Resolution: Instructor Lookup is now converted from legacy to NGP
Issue: on-site classroom session creation from classroom tab is not converted to NGP.
- Resolution: On-site classroom session creation from classroom tab is now converted to NGP from Legacy
Issue: Create/update Event Options tab is not converted to NGP
- Resolution: create/update Event Options tab is now converted to NGP.
Issue: When editing the Completion Date via Completion Management In Cert. Program, an error page appears. And Certification Status is changed to Uncertified, Recertification Required only after refreshing the page.
- Resolution: Issue is fixed,now Completion Date is successfully changed. Certification Status is changed to Uncertified, Recertification Required With No Error Page.
Issue: The Self Registration and Self Cancellation settings of an event is not reflecting correctly in View Events Page when course have Multiple Events. There is discrepancy.
- Resolution: The issue is fixed, now the View Events page will display the actual settings of Self Registration and Self Cancellation of an event
Issue: In Curricula under manage course page, there is no space between Apply Sequence and Remove buttons,in all supported browsers. And column headers for Associated Courses are extended beyond the table.
- Resolution: Added Space in between Apply Sequence and Remove buttons. Column headers for Associated Courses are displayed correctly.
Issue: In Manage notification profiles, there is an excess comma sign is displaying after the last token in the list.
- Resolution: The excess comma sign after the last token is now removed.
Issue: Getting Error in Log file when trying to assign users to permission group with Author role via HRIS utility.
- Resolution: Issue is fixed ,now there will be no Error in log file after assigning users to permission group with Author role via HRIS utility
ILM Portal
Issue: When user do not have values for the common fields, then under Manger->Employee list the empty common fields are displayed as “None”
- Resolution: Fix is made, the Empty common fields should displayed as blank
Issue: The External Test with long name is not displaying correctly[Cut off] in the Tile view
- Resolution: Now user can see External test with long name clearly without cutoff in Tile view. Fix was applied for other pages as well(courses, curricula )
Issue: The display of the text formatting options are Right aligned in text editor fields in all the supported browsers.
- Resolution: The display of the text formatting options are now left-aligned
Issue: Need an option to disable ILM Legacy User Interface for login page and redirect Legacy login to NGP login.
- Resolution: Implemented an option "Disable ILM Legacy User Interface for Login Page" in Designer, Configuration portal page.
When "Disable ILM Legacy User Interface for Login Page" is checked user is navigated to NGP
When "Disable ILM Legacy User Interface for Login Page" is unchecked user is navigated to Legacy
When SSO is enable “Disable ILM Legacy User Interface for Login Page” option is disabled
ILM CCCE
Issue: Right now the Assessment modules from CCCE courses will not be able to select in the certification programs as requirements.
- Resolution: The functionality is developed, now user can select CCCE courses in course module option while creating Certificate program.
Issue: Server error appears and page keeps on loading when Author disable 'Enable time limit' option in CCCE Assessment
- Resolution: Author can able to Disable the 'Enable time limit' option without server error and the Splash page removed from the CCCE Assessment.
