Did you know about all of the types of analytics and reports for HR Knowledgebase?
On the Home page, near the upper left below the header, click on the Knowledgebase Admin drop-down list to expand its menu, then click Knowledgebase Analytics.
The Knowledgebase Analytics menu appears. Menu items are listed below.
Dashboard
- View overall site and area usage via printable bar and circle graphs.
- Shows graphs and tables that offer quick-glance information from several reports
- Filter results for a number of days or months, or a set time frame.

Document Usage
- View site usage counts by area and by document.
- Filter results for a number of days or months, or a set time frame.
Usage By Area
View site usage counts by area. Shows the most frequently viewed areas of the portal. Areas are defined by the Infor infrastructure in the Content Management System and in the Postings area to categorize documents.

- Benefits
- Forms
- Health
- Integration
- Leave and time off
- Widget
Click to view the login trends by month or a detailed report by each document within an area.
Views by Document
Use this report to identify the most popular and least popular areas based on document usage.
Document examples include:
- Page
- Form (upload)
- Integration (URL)
This report displays:
- The total number of views per document
- The percent of each document's views of total views of all documents
- The groups that are assigned access to each document,
- Other helpful information about each document.
Users with permission to access a document can click the document's name to view it.
Export Audit Log
- View the log of site analytics that have exported to CSV files.
- Filter results by groups, a number of days or months, or a set time frame.
Search
View a table and a circle chart of the terms users have entered during site searches. Filter results by a number of days or months, or a set time frame.
Frequent Searches
- Displays search terms and their frequency of use during the specified time period or date range.
- The top 15 search terms and their percentage of all searches also appear.
- To view search trends for a search term, select a search term from the Search Terms column.
- The Search Trends graph refreshes with the terms corresponding data. Scroll to see both graphs.
Recent Searches
- Use this report to identify the topics that users have searched for most recently.
- Shows the most recent search terms and the number of results that were generated during the specified time period or date range.
- Click on a search term to view the number of searches for a time period.
Zero Search Results
- Use this report to identify the users' needs for additional content and access.
- Shows the search terms for which no results were returned and the number of times each zero-result term was searched during the specified time period.
- Click on a search term to view each search instance of the term and the groups assigned to the user.
Site Usage
Usage by Month
Use this report to monitor monthly traffic volume. It displays the total number of unique sessions recorded over a specified period of time. For example, if a user accesses the site twice, it is counted as two logins.
Usage by Time of Day
Use this report to identify daily patterns of high- and low-traffic. It totals the number of site logins by time of day during a specified period of time or date range.
User Login
Find information about specific logins with this report. It tracks the dates, times, and success/failure of all user login attempts during specified period of time.
Sign in as Report
View the site use frequency when admin signs in using a specific user’s account for a set time frame.
Login Frequency
Use this report to identify which users login most frequently. It tracks the number of logins by user.
User Feedback
Feedback By Document
- This report lists the pages for which feedback has been submitted.
- It includes details about users and responses.
- Filter results by user group, a number of days or months, or a set time frame.
Feedback Dashboard
- View graphs and reports for quick-glance information about user feedback.
- Check “No” response reasons and feedback reviewer names.
- Filter results by user group, for a number of days or months, or a set time frame.
User Maintenance
Filter the following results by user group, a number of days or months, or a set time frame.
User Archive Report
Review archived users’ accounts for their First Start Page settings and password changes.
User Account Audit
Use this report to monitor the changes to user accounts. It displays the names and IDs of users whose accounts were changed, how they were changed, which users made the changes, and when.
Password Change
Review users’ accounts password changes.
Site Configuration Audit
This report catalogs the changes to the site. It shows the name and ID of the user who made the change, the type of event, and the values before and after the change.
User/Document Access
Select a filtering group to view a list of user accounts or documents that include it.
- Users by Group: select a group to see a list of user accounts that include it.
- Groups by Document: specify a document to see the filtering groups assigned to it.
- Documents by Group: specify a filtering group to see the documents that include it.
- User Details: select a group to see a list of user accounts that include it, and their accounts' details, e.g., user ID, name, city, state, country, gender, etc.
