Does anyone know any details about how to connect to a GCP Cloud SQL database? I am trying to connect to a PostgreSQL instance that we are running in GCP, but I'm not really sure how to do so without the ability to set up an agent on the database as we typically would. I've tried making the connection without an agent but it says that the connection details are invalid.
