Hello.
Can you please let me know what the Standard Hours & Amounts field is used for?
It's located on HR11 > Under the Pay Edits tab > Standard. the Hours and Amount fields.

From the HR User Guide:
Define time entry edits for an employee on the Pay Edits tab. Use the following guidelines to enter the field value: Warning Message Indicates if a warning message displays if the employee exceeds the standard hours or amount for the pay period.
Standard Amount: Standard amount for time record entry
Standard Hours: Standard hours for time record entry
So, if you enter values in those fields, and a time record exceeds those values, you'll get a warning message on the time record entry.
