Assigning In-Context Business Context Model Entities

i am not seeing the correlation from IDM Control Center to Context Apps in regards to Business Context Model Entities. Finding a general description but can't find any specific hints in the documentation - We've created a new Business Context Model Entity (copied an existing entity and changed the name for the purpose of our test) but I don't see my new Entity in the IDM Context App down list on the appropriate ERP screen (CSD APECE in this instance) - how is this drop down list built and where do we add/change/delete entries?

When you say "Business Context Model Entity" does that mean the document type? If so, did you build the new Business Context Model including the XQuery? See below for example:

Yes - we've created the Business Context Model. None of our existing Entities has Product or Screen filled in. As I read the documentation, it sounded like the Keys were additive, meaning that at least one was required but not all were necessary.

Not sure, then. I always filled them in as I thought it was required for the specific screen you were hoping to map to.

The In-Context Document Management drop-down list is built from the entries in the Business Context Model, but is dependent on having at least one of the indicated document types in the IDM database for that context.

The drop-down list is built dynamically from all of the Key and XQuery properties on all of the Business Context Model Entities whose context evaluates as true against the current context in your ERP.

The ‘All’ list item is a collection of all Document Types for all of the Business Context Model Entities whose context evaluates as true against the current context. It cannot be removed or changed.

When testing this make sure to remember that an Entity/Document Type combination must have at least one matching document for the Document Type to be displayed in the drop-down.
