EFORMS and Lawson GLCode using Crystal

Has anyone used the EFORMS (Perceptive Software) with Lawson and created Virtual Table for GL Code using crystal. Everytime we send a crystal CSV they want something different. We just need someone to talk with that may understand the questions we are asking that maybe able to help. We need to know how you got the account and sub account info to them they need for the GL Code Virtual Table. Thank you in advance
