Did you know about the Stock Service page for Total Rewards?
If your organization offers an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), adding the Stock Service page to your Total Rewards Statement can increase employee satisfaction and productivity by improving their understanding of their stock options' value — and how their contributions to your company goals can increase shareholder value.
The economic benefit that employees potentially receive from their options is directly tied to three factors:
- The number of units granted
- The amount of increase in the stock price (if any) from the time granted until the time vested and an award is paid
- Continued service with the company
Stock options constitute a sizeable portion of employees' long term incentive compensation which is a key strategy for retaining essential professionals.
The Total Rewards Stock Service Page
- Displays valuations based on the current stock price
- Features a grid that displays valuations based on the current stock price
- The stock quotes are 15 minute delayed equity price quotes from almost all U.S. stock exchanges (NYSE, AMEX, etc.).
Employees can:
- Enter a new stock price as preferred
- Model the current and future value of their unvested options

The Stock Option Modeling Calculator
Employees' Total Rewards Statements can include Stock Option Modeling Calculator. This tool allows users to model the future potential value of their vested and unvested options based on the user's estimates.
Note:
While modeling in no way guarantees that the stock will be worth the estimated amount in the future, it is important to understand what it could be worth if the team at large works hard to meet the company's goals.
