Below is a list of Resolved items from the July 29th Weekly release as well as any enhancements that may have been included.

Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: A general system error occurs when a user tries to filter by specifying the text only on the last name field under Sent notifications.
- Resolution: The fix has been done. The general system error does not display when Searching in System > System Information > View Notification > Sent Notifications. All the fields used for filtering will work properly.
Issue: When an admin does a user merge, on the last wizard step after all user merge options selection there is no progress bar. The Next button is also still available which allows the user to trigger the merge process again before completing the previous one. This process ends with an error message.
- Resolution: An animated merge progress bar is implemented after the user merge starts. Hence, an administrator will not have ability to trigger several merges at a time. When another admin tries to merge the same user at same time, this message is displayed: "Another merge for the donor user is currently running. It needs to be completed before you can proceed. Try again later". Affected page: Next Gen Administrator > Users > Merge Users
Issue: Error is encountered when "Is empty" and "Is not empty" conditions are selected in creating distribution rule in Certification Program.
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. The Distribution Rule is successfully saved without any error when "Is empty" and "Is not empty" conditions are selected while creating distribution rule in Certification Program.

ILM Portal
Issue: A user can create duplicate distribution rules. There are no validation checks before creating or saving distribution rules.
- Resolution: Validation of duplication for distribution rules creation are provided on rule save action.
*If a rule has a different name but with the same conditions, a user will get a confirmation popup with the message that these rules have the same conditions.
*If a rule has the same name and the same conditions, a user will get a confirmation popup with the message that the rules are duplicated.
*If some rules have a different name, but the same conditions or some rules have the same names and the same conditions, a user will get a confirmation popup with the message that some rules have the same conditions and some rules are duplicated.
Issue: Audit trail service is running very long (over 22 hours).
- Resolution: The fix is done. The audit trail services will complete and populate the audit data as expected.
Issue: A general system error occurs when an admin creates a level under system in the Mingle site.
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. Admin should be able to create a level without any errors.
Issue: The deactivated catalog and courses are still accessible in the resource page.
- Resolution: The deactivated catalog and course is displayed in the resource page as no information available.
Issue: Even when the "Created Date" and "Updated Date" are set as Read only by Designer, those two fields are still enabled, and a user can still select a new date and time values by learner in the My profile page. Changes can also be saved. But after saving and pages refresh the actual saved values are not reflected.
- Resolution: The Created Date and Updated Date are now disabled - Read Only (not clickable) in the My profile page for learner if the fields are set to Read only by the designer at Configure Pages > My Profile > Advance Settings.
Issue: When viewing the details of E-Meetings (VCR-Virtual Classroom), the details of the host info is displayed as "The value is unknown" for the learner and instructor.
- Resolution: Fix is done, Now Host will reflect the proper Host name in UI instead of "The value is unknown" for Learner & Instructor. Affected Page: Learner > Virtual Classrooms > Virtual Classroom Details Instructor: Virtual Classrooms > Virtual Classroom Details
Issue: User Manager is not Cc'd and Bcc’d in the course update email notification. Also, they are not receiving the email notification.
- Resolution: User Manager is Cc'd and Bcc’d in the course update notification. Learner and manager (Cc and Bcc) will receive email for course update as well. Affected page: Administrator > Courses > Edit Course > Send Change notification Link > Populate the description > Click Send
Issue: The reset icon is available for a learner even though the learner is not registered to the course and its event. [Available courses]
- Resolution: Disabled the reset icon under an available course in employee view assigned courses page. Affected page: Manager > Employees > Employee details > View Assigned Courses
Issue: No Success Message Displayed after Enrollment through Manager > Employee > +icon. But users are successfully enrolled.
- Resolution: Users are successfully enrolled and "Learner registered" success message is displayed. Affected page/s: Manager > Employees > List View Manager > Employees > Tile View Manager > Dashboard > Employee Snapshot Widget.
Issue: Missing “Contains” and “Starts with” options for filtering user fields under the User Access Restriction > Audience page in Designer.
- Resolution: The “Contains” and “Starts with” are now displayed. Affected page: Designer > User Access Restriction > Audience
Issue: Assignment indicator/Icon in Course list page is distorted (displayed as button with value "User has an Assignment") in mobile.
- Resolution: Added the Assignment Icon instead of Assignment button. Now Assignment icon will not be distorted in both list and tile view Affected page: Learner > Courses > Courses In Tile view > Assignment Icon
Issue: Type and Deadline columns are interchanged on the next page in learner course page, when user sort the courses by Name (Z to A), Type and bookmarked.
- Resolution: Type and Deadline columns will not interchange on the next page while sorting. Affected page: Learner > Courses
Issue: When a user uploads a valid icon file type under user image icon with more than 1MB size, the file gets saved without the proper error message.
When a user uploads an invalid icon file type with more than 1MB size, without deleting the valid uploaded file, an error page displayed.
- Resolution: Now while uploading valid icon file type with more than 1MB size, "File size cannot exceed 1MB" message is displayed. Upload will not be saved.
While uploading an invalid icon file type with more than 1MB size without deleting the valid uploaded file, the "Unsupported Image Type" message is displayed. Upload will not be saved. Affected page Admin > Users
Issue: The cancel icon is available for a learner in a course with an available status.
- Resolution: Disabled the cancel icon in an available course in employee view assigned courses page in both the list and tile view. Affected page: Manager > Employees > Employee Details > View Assigned Courses
Issue: The following functionality must be reverted: "Course Cancelation Button is now enabled for the users to cancel the course which are self-registered". Course cancellation should not be enabled for courses which are self-registered and registered through Admin.
- Resolution: The functionality is now reverted. The Course Cancelation button is not enabled for the users to cancel the course which are self-registered. For other courses which are assigned in other ways to the user, the cancellation button will not be visible.
Note: Since the cancel icon has been disabled, it will not be available for any of the users.
ILM CCCE
Issue: CCCE courses with Aggregate assessment and passing score set to 0, are indicating an “in progress” status or show as failed when users have already completed them or have retaken them.
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. If an existing user that has previously passed and launches the course, the user status is still as Passed. If a new user launches the course, the user status will indicate “Passed”.
Issue: When a user completes a course successfully and with a passing score, the status appears as passed but the score is displayed as '0'. The points are not in the users "passing score" and this is reflected in the user’s course history, transcript.
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. The course history tab and transcript page reflect the correct user records.
Issue: For CCCE Course and QB with different languages, User course status is still passed, even though score is lower than the passing score.
- Resolution: The issue is fixed. If the course score is less than the course passing score, then the course should display failed on both the submitted answers page and the course details page.
Issue: The videos in a slideshow with captions enabled cannot be paused because the play/pause bar shows behind the caption.
- Resolution: The layering problem is fixed. The videos in the slideshow with captions enabled can be played/paused. On both slides where a video with captions disabled and video captions enabled, the play/pause button will display. Affected page: Author > CCCE Course > Edit Course > Enable slide show widget caption > Content player
