Does anyone use service hours to determine accrual rates on LP plans for specific group and cycles for other groups? If so how do you keep the LP188 from pulling in hours worked while in the cycle based group when they transfer to a service hours group. Especially if they were in the service hours group prior to going to the cycle based group.
Our union employees use service hours to determine their accrual rates. Rest of org uses cycle based. If someone transfers to the union group. When payroll runs that first pay as union employee on them it goes back and pulls in all the hours they worked as a non-union employee. Anyway is there a way to only pull in hours worked as a union employee?
