Did you know about the Embedded Analytics for HR Knowledgebase?
Embedded Analytics are user reports that appear at the bottom of a page on your HR Knowledgebase portal. The reports show usage data that is specific to the page.
Use Embedded Analytics to:
- Note the pages that employees have included in their Favorites and the pages employees access most. Focus on their content when making updates to ensure their information is kept current.
- Determine which pages employees use least. Consider updating their information to make them more useful or removing them from your HR Knowledgebase portal to streamline its content.
- Check positive and negative employee feedback to determine which pages need improvement, which are most useful, and why.
Embedded analytics show the page's user engagement during the past month. Data includes:
- Favorites: the number of viewers that identified the page as a favorite
- People Views: the number of times users viewed the page
- Feedback - Yes Response: the number of times users provided feedback with a "yes" response
- Feedback - No Response: the number of times users provided feedback with a "no" response
Embedded analytics are shown on a page when two criteria are met:
- The site setting Enable Embedded Analytics is set to On; and
- The user is a member of at least one group that has access to embedded analytics.
