Did you know about our standard Smartforms for Onboarding?
Infor Onboarding tours for new hires include optional Smartforms which are used to collect data input from the tour taker. Some form fields can be pre-populated with information collected from upload files.
Our standard Smartform types include:
Personal Information
The personal and other information that employees enters into this Smartform pre-populates other forms.
I-9
This Smartform form collect government-required information for employment verification. As an alternative, I-9 processing is available as an add-on integration between Onboarding and Tracker I-9.
W-4
The federal tax withholding form tracks the information used to determine an employee’s tax situation.
Emergency Contact
The employee can enter up to two emergency contacts recorded in this Smartform.
Direct Deposit
This Smartform collects the employee's routing information for up to two separate bank accounts for paycheck direct deposit.
State Tax Withholding
Our pool of available tax withholding Smartforms include those for states with their own tax form(s), and states that use a second copy of the federal W-4 form.
Screening Authorization
This Smartform records a new employee’s driver’s license or identification card number and authorization for further screening.
Disability Self-Identification
The new employee can self-identify as a person with a disability with this Smartform.
Veteran’s Self-Identification
This Smartform offers the new employee with the opportunity to self-identify as a protected veteran.
Acknowledgement Summary
All of the documents that an employee has acknowledged during a tour, including the date/time stamp of each, appear in this Smartform.
