Tracking Nationality/Citizenship in Lawson

We have a request from our benefits team to begin tracking nationality/citizenship information. The birth country field is not accurate to determine the employee's nationality/citizenship.
Does anyone else track citizenship information? If so...how and where?

We have started tracking visas in PA18. It has a "citizenship" field that you can define. Have you considered that form at all?
