Custom API not visible in ION DESK but visible and able to test in ION API Gateway

Hi All,

I am new to Infor .

I have created two Custom APIs in M3 . Both are now available in INFOR ION API Gateway and I am able to test them. Retrieves correct data.

I am able to use one of the two in ION DESK within a API flow. However the second one I created is not available via the ION DESK when I try to add to the API flow.

Already refreshed the Meta Data and Cache of the SUite in gateway.

Am i something here ? Could someone help on how to troubleshoot this.

Is the second custom API - SOAP based? Note that you can browse only REST based APIs in ION Desk.

It takes a while for the refresh to kick in and reflect in ION Desk.

Try refreshing Metadata indexing in ION API, this should to the trick

Thanks for answer. The button for refresing is greyed out and i am not able to retrigger it. Do you have any idea how can i enable it?

You should be assigned with ION API Adminstrator role and meta data indexing should be visible as API Metadata. If still ,it is greyed out mostly re-indexing is already happening (This indicates ION API metadata indexing is triggered).
