Trigger ION Workflow via CMS047 using EventAnalytics Rule

Hi,

Been trying to catch the eventanalytics document/event via CMS047 but it's not triggering the workflow.

Below are the rule definition, CMS045, CMS047 and the events triggered but the workflow is not being triggered at all.

Did you restart the subsystem job CMS910 and CMS911 in MNS051?

yep I stopped it and wait for it to start again automatically I am in Cloud MT

It should work, did you check if you got a Process.Workflow BOD in IONDESK one view.

could it be that Application Message 012 is not activated in CRS424 ?

nothing from my workflow, no workflow instances as well under active workflows

This is active and I even enabled the BOD enabled checkbox but still not pushing

Ah this worked like magic. Also I had to add the fields as keys if I want to use them in the workflow but this is awesome. Thanks!
