Is there anywhere I can set a minimum order quantity for an item?
Item # 111219 in my system has a minimum order quantity of 3 cases, per the vendor. Is there a way to set that in the item master?
You can set in on IC12 or PO13.3.
We are on V11 cloudsuite now so we no longer use the screen numbers. Can you tell me what screens those would be in my version?

You can also set on agreement lines. Keep in mind that the settings do not prevent a request be entered for less and reqs will be held until they equal the minimum. You may also want to check your POVENDOR to check it is set to combine reqs to a PO and not do 1 req to 1 PO.
Ok, so I did some tests and what I'm seeing is that it will appear in the Manage Purchase Requests screen and I can select it, which puts it in my Selected Requests window to be put on a PO. However, it never actually goes to an order. It created a PO header with no lines and left the line in question in the Selected Requests window.
Is that how its supposed to work? I imagine my buyers would not really like this functionality and would get annoyed that it doesn't just provide a notification.
