Did you know about the types of documents that customers can create and modify on their HR Knowledgebase sites via the KCM?
Use the Knowledgebase Content Manager (KCM)—formerly known as the Client Content Toolset (CCT)—to add and modify specific types of documents) on your HR Knowledgebase (KB) site.
The KCM is labeled “Document Manager.”
Customers' ability to update benefit plans is especially useful during Open Enrollment.
Where is the KCM?
The KCM exists only in the stage environment of customers’ HR Knowledgebase (KB) sites.

Notes:
Editing entails adding one or more of the following to a content page document: text, images, link lists, and links. For example, one edits the content in a content page’s topic.
Editing does not involve the document’s options settings or the content in its data items. One configure these elements.
In this context, the word “edit” does not correspond with the Edit mode in the KCM. For example, in the Document Manager, one clicks the word “Edit” next to a document’s name in order to put the document in Edit mode to modify it.
