Hello, we continue to struggle with updating users in ISS who have had an email change (ie: a name change, etc). We are looking into manually updating these users but don't have a clear picture of what this entails - when we try to fix through ISS, it barks about LMK identities. Would anyone be willing to share their user admin documentation for changing an email address in LMK/LSA/ISS. OR be willing to tell us how they were able to automate an email change that affects the SSOP identity. Thank you in advance.
