How to change Standard User(MECSVC) to different user which is used for MEC Mapping Execution(MI Tr

Can we able to change Standard user (MECSVC) to different user which is used for MecMapper execution(MI transactions in MecMapper)?

Could anybody help me with some ideas on how to change different user(Someother user) instead of MECSVC(Standard user ) for MecMapping Execution in M3?

This is not possible in MEC CE. The MEC service user MECSVC should always have access to everything in M3.

What is the business case for this?

I am using EXPORTMI in Mapper to fetch data from OOLINE table.In M3 ,I am getting issue like "You are not authorized to view the table". I checked for all the authorization for MECSVC user in M3(the user that helps for MI transaction execution in mapping) , all the setup was made for MECSVC.

So I was trying to change this standard(MECSVC) user to different user to check whether it is working for some other user.

Hi,

If you switch on authorization in BE you must make sure that the service users are authorized as well. Have you checked that MECSVC is authorized to OIS100/101?
